The 100% Iberian breed Acorn-fed Iberian loin has the best of tradition and craftsmanship: A 100% natural product and hand-made by those who know how to do it and do it well.
If to that we add a natural marinade, with local products and spices and the magnificent paprika from La Vera, we obtain a loin with an exquisite flavor and delicate on the palate that has the perfect infiltration of fat and all the necessary nutrients ideal for its daily consumption.
It is stuffed by hand with Fibran casing and has a 6-month maturing process in our natural curing rooms in Salamanca pastures.
