It is recommended to place it in a cool, dry place that is protected from direct sunlight.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
In order for your ham to retain its characteristics for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at your home you take it out of the vacuum packaging with which we send it and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º C.

Shipped in a cardboard box with the product vacuum packaged.
WEIGHT:
Whole pieces between 7 kg and 10 kg in weight that are boned in several parts. The total yield is 40%. The order includes the knuckle and the remains of the boning for their entire use.
It has the Calicer PI / 0649/15 certificate, which guarantees the client and the final consumer the commitment of a job well done and the peace of mind of acquiring a product that respects current regulations.
