The natural curing process is usually 20 months and this, accompanied by the temperature fluctuations in the area, make the shoulder hams acquire an unmistakable smell and flavor.
They are rich in oleic acid, with a great source of vitamins B1, B6 and B12, proteins and minerals and are a very beneficial food source to reduce cholesterol and have a healthy diet.
CONSERVATION AND EXPIRATION:
It is recommended to place it in a cool, dry place that is protected from direct sunlight.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
In order for your shoulder ham to retain its characteristics for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at your home you take it out of the cotton cover with which we send it and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º C.
We recommend saving the first cut to serve as a cover and prevent it from drying out.
